We edit every photo

By hand

We want to achieve the high quality look, but not in a way that feels forced or generic.

Our job is to apply the right amount of editing, not the most editing.

That’s why we don’t rely on a single preset or editing template. Each photo is edited based on the lighting, the people in it, and how it’s meant to be used.

A typical photo goes through 4 phases of editing.

1. Captured in RAW

We shoot in RAW to preserve as much detail as possible. These files are intentionally flat and sometimes slightly underexposed, which allows us to take full advantage of modern camera sensors and retain highlight and shadow detail.

2. Color & Light Adjustments

This is where the image starts to feel natural and polished. Colors are corrected, lighting is balanced, and the photo begins to reflect how the moment actually felt in real life.

This step alone is often all that’s needed for event photography, lifestyle shoots, and fast-turnaround projects.

3. Skin & Detail Refinement

For portraits, branding photos, and select hero images, we take things further.

Skin tones are refined, flyaway hairs are cleaned up, and small distractions are removed while keeping everything natural and realistic. We don’t over-smooth or change how people look. The goal is to help you look like the best version of yourself, not someone else.

Not every image needs this step, but when it does, it makes a noticeable difference.

4. Final Polish & Finishing Touches

For high-impact images, final refinements happen here. This can include straightening, perspective corrections, background cleanup, or more advanced retouching.

These are the finishing touches that elevate an image from “good” to “campaign-ready.”

And yes, we always like to keep things level. No Dutch angles here. 😊

intentionally

[Blank]

No, we didn’t sneeze when snapping these photos, leaving a bunch of empty space by accident. As business professionals, we understand that photos are most valuable when they’re versatile. That’s why we intentionally left ample blank space in many shots to give you room for text, logos, or other design elements.

Your web designer will appreciate this a lot. Former web designer here.

For situations where you don’t need that extra space, we’ve also included alternate versions captured with a tighter focal length perfect for standalone use, such as hero images or article features.

(P.S. Yes, we could’ve just shot wide and cropped in, but using the proper focal length in camera looks 10x better [At least to us], due to better optical characteristics like compression and bokeh

*We also edited the blank space to be darker so text shows up easier 🙂

*Logos and text shown are for layout demonstration purposes only.
